Where do you go for a general "First Course" in plasma physics? What should you look for? What should you shy away from.
- Introduction to plasma physics, edited by R.O. Dendy. This is the publication of lecture notes from the annual Culham Summer School. The introductory chapters are great, but it goes downhill as the contributors try and provide overviews of complex subjects and don't always succeed.
